Being close to I-85, you will be able to have access to anywhere in Atlanta.
This property is ideal for Visiting Families, that come for Weddings, Holidays, Graduations, Family Reunions Also, The home is very comfortable and handy for Concert goers, Business Travelers, Sporting Events,
Home is just outside of Atlanta. You are close to the Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth for Concerts, Conventions, Trade shows. Stone Mountain is close by, as well as Lake Lanier.
The space
The house is a ranch style with everything on one floor. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with 2 closets, and a full bathroom, with a vanity. (See Photos) The two other bedrooms work well for the children and other guests, and are down the hallway, with a full bathroom, just outside the bedrooms.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a makeup table, and closet with space to store items.
The 3d bedroom has twin beds for children.
The Garage has space for two cars. The backyard is fenced in for privacy, and has a patio with a table and chairs, and a charcoal grill.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the whole house, Backyard, Patio and Garage.
Other things to note
Please note there is one step going into the front door. Once in the front door, in the hall foyer, there is 1 step down into the Great Room, or 1 step into the Master Bedroom, or 1 step to go down the hallway to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Located in Norcross, this vacation home is near a water park. Shoppers can check out Perimeter Mall, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Stone Mountain Park and Chattahoochee River. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Gas South Arena or Atlanta Silverbacks Park. Jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
