Spacious home with large living room, dining room and kitchen, screened in porch and deck, private outdoor pool, FROG with two double beds and more living space. Home perfect for families, friends, USC football games, graduations, etc. Centrally located in Lexington with easy access to Interstate 20, as well as numerous sporting complexes, Lake Murray and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Columbia/USC. The Masters/ Augusta National Golf Club - 58 miles. Fort Jackson is 35 minutes from property. *** Please be aware property is adjacent to neighbor’s pond so children should be supervised outside at all times. Only current guests are to be on the property. NO SMOKING in or around property, including porches, garage, deck and pool area.
