Inside, you'll find a large living room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a comfortable dining room, and a grand game room complete with a pool table, various games, and a large TV. The five bedrooms each feature their own television and comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The expansive backyard is a private oasis, boasting a grill, a spacious covered patio perfect for al fresco dining, and a large fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

Parking is a breeze with a nice, flat paved driveway, providing ample space for up to four vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of nine vehicles total. Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Cancellation Policy:

Before 30 days - Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee
