The large, newly renovated, living space features a large flat screen TV and a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and a separate dining space. Relax and have a cup of coffee or lay out and catch the sun by either of the two community pool (optional). When the sun goes down, enjoy the grill station or the bar and game room downstairs. The property features multiple master bedrooms as well as a separate entrance to the downstairs living area. Raining? Not to worry the downstairs features a full game room, living room, separate exercise space, and bar. Or you can take advantage of of the INDOOR pool within the community (optional). A short drive to Lewes or the Rehoboth boardwalk, you're only minutes away from everything Lewes, Rehoboth, and the surrounding beaches have to offer.
* Community resort package can be pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $110 per person (note reduced rate) - Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 per person (please note, waiting until the day of arrival to order passes results in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price) - All guests 5 and older are required to have a pass to use any of the amenities - Passes are in effect from Saturday at 4 pm through Friday at 11 pm - Saturdays are for members only until 4 pm - After 4 pm, renters are welcome to use our facilities (please note that there is absolutely no exception to this rule and that we have no involvement with your rental; therefore, we cannot offer early check ins or early access to our amenities) Daily Passes - Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $25 - Daily passes can not be pre-ordered.
