Enjoy a 'Four Seasons Hotel' style vacation rental with all of the bells and whistles of luxury! This home is newly built and is located in the Coastal Club Community, where you can have access to the pools and Clubhouse (at an additional cost per person). This home is 6 bedrooms (including the first floor den w/ a pull out sofa bed), and has 4 full baths, which can sleep up to 12 -14 people comfortably. The kitchen, baths and laundry room are fully stocked for your convenience, so all you have to do is come and enjoy your vacation! The open floor plan is large and inviting allowing you the opportunity to entertain and enjoy spending time together. The second floor loft area is also great for kids to hang out and watch movies. The rear deck is screened in and can seat up to 6 people. There is a 2 car garage and driveway parking to accommodate your cars. The resort-style Clubhouse is amazing with an adult swim-up bar, great food, drinks and a slide for kids to play and have a good time. Take a stroll or bike ride on the 3-mile trail and fully take in the experience of being on vacation. Lewes Beach is just a 10 min. drive as well as Rehoboth Beach, there are a ton of restaurants, shopping at the Tanger Outlet, and enjoy time at the Fisherman's Wharf. Want more excitement... you can play mini golf down the street or take the ferry over to Cape May!

Located in Lewes, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cape May - Lewes Ferry.
Midway Speedway and Cannonball Museum are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
