(let us know in advance so we can get you a boat launch pass). Each Thursday evening from 3-5 we have a several vendors setup at the pool parking lot.
Additional Fees:
The following Fees will be listed under host fees
- Damage Protection $59 for total stay
~1 Dog is permitted $25 daily.
- Lost pool bracelets $50 each
You will have exclusive full-access to the entire home and property, private backyard and large front deck. * Exception: 3 closets in the house and 2 outdoor sheds remain locked.
Free on-site parking and all amenities are within walking distance.
Upon arrival a tenant document MUST be filled in per HOA rules.
There are 3 security cameras for your safety. 1 pointing at the driveway, the side door and the lean-to shed where all the equipment is located.
NO STREET PARKING (they fine folks for this) Park in Driveway only please. 4 Cars maximum.
Located in Lewes, this chalet is near a water park and by the sea. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park. Consider Rehoboth Beach Public Library for a night out or 2nd Time Designs if you're traveling with kids. Looking to get your feet wet?
