The spacious, wrap-around sunroom provides the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a fruity beverage. Comfortable seating and a peaceful setting may keep you there for hours – why not? You’re on vacation.
Inside, you’ll find a stylishly decorated living space. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, which features everything they need, including a new refrigerator. Dine together at the formal dining table before heading out to explore! Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches and Cape Henlopen State Park are around six miles away. Additionally, a supermarket and several restaurants are within just a few miles, so you can stock up on groceries or grab takeout on your way home from a day out.
The condo features a new tankless water heater, so no worries that everyone can have a hot shower after a day at the beach. Settle down on the sectional to watch a little TV before bed, and step back out to the sunroom to toast your good luck at finding the perfect vacation spot.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
