This is a all one level, 1st floor, 1bedroom & 1bathroom in a 2 family home. The property has been recently updated with a brand new bathroom with tub. It has all new appliances and we are currently in the process of purchasing brand new queen size mattress. The home has a separate dining room, living room and study. It has air-conditioning in the windows. There is a large private yard with a patio area for grilling outside. There’s a huge covered rocking chair porch for your enjoyment.This is in a quiet street with very little traffic . It’s close to all the Berkshire attractions. Across the street is October Mountain State Forest. Wonderful for walking & biking. & kayaking! There is a public golf course At Miraval resorts which is 1 mile from the home. There is also a world renowned spa, tennis & restaurants.
Located in Lee, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Wyndhurst Golf & Club and Wood's Pond are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Lee Premium Outlets and Guido's Marketplace. Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum and The Bookstore are also worth visiting.
