Inside, the main home boasts brand-new furnishings, central air-conditioning, and spacious living quarters. The full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gas range. Off the kitchen, the large dining room overlooks the patio and presents a pleasant space for family-style meals. After your meals, gather in the living room where a smart TV, stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating await your enjoyment. When you aren't hanging out here, enjoy the backyard's large deck equipped with a grill and al fresco dining options.

The main home also boasts two primary en suite bedrooms and three additional rooms - one perfect for the kids as it has bunk beds and children's toys. When additional sleeping quarters are needed, the separate Carriage House boasts another bedroom, a kitchenette, and its own bathroom. Everyone's comfort is guaranteed as each of the rooms comes adorned with high-quality linens and bohemian finishes. When you need a moment to yourself, enjoy the en suite bathroom's soaking tub or steam shower. Additional interior perks include board games, internet access, and a Pack 'n Play.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Events and/or parties are not permitted.
House rents Sun-Sun weekly during the prime Summer months. This home has a 4-night minimum in the off-season.
The Carriage House is not available during the winter months. The property sleeps up to 14 max and 12 in the winter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
