This beautiful Home is professional decorated and will comfortable accommodate a family of 4 up to 6 comfortable - 3rd bedroom with pull out sofa - comfortable only for small kids. You will feel right at home.
Our villa futures a total living area under air of 1751 Sqft. -
two car garage, specious screened in lanai, solar heated pool, large screened in pool area 58 x 25 sqft.
2 full Bedrooms, and 1 Bedroom with Pull out sofa, 2 & 1/2 bathrooms, large spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensil, breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, formal dining room overlocking the pool and our private back yard.
Large Master Bedroom futures a king size bed, ceiling fan, large walk in closet, sliding door and french doors lead to the pool area. Master bath futures his and her vanities, walk in shower and a bath tub.
The guest bedroom side futures a total of 2 bed rooms- one guest bedroom futures a queen size bed, French doors lead to the pool area. The second bed room futures a pull out sofa - which can be used as an extra bedroom for kids only - comfortable only for small kids to sleep.
The Guest bathroom also doubles a bathroom / pool bath, it has direct access to the pool area.
The great room has an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, leather sofa, love seat and couch . For entertainment, we have a 54 inch HD TV, DVR player, DVD player in Living Room and a 42 inch Flat Screen TV in the Master bed room
Two Stereos with CD player. Wi-Fi Internet, computer desk / area.
Lehigh Acres features 1 - 18 hole and 1 - 9 hole Golf Courses, and 100 more courses are within an 1/2 hour's drive. "Top Golf" just a short drive in Ft. Myers ( opened in 2021)
Lehigh Acres is east of Ft. Myers and just a sort drive from I-75, making everything what Florida has to offer easily accessible - from all the Theme Parks in Tampa or Orlando, Golf Courses, the beaches and so much more.
For the shopper, it is a paradise, 5 major shopping malls within 30 - 45 minutes - Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shops, Miromar Outlet Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Coconut Point Mall, you can find great deals.
Just bring a good book and relax by the pool enjoy the beautiful weather and your stay in our home.
