✔Pets are allowed. Per city's rule, dogs must be leashed all the time when outside

Guest access
Guests will have access to the main level of the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and garage as seen in pictures and described
A separated space with its own entrance in the basement level is reserved for owner/manager use. The only shared area is the laundry area.
For the quality of everyone’s life in this beautiful peaceful neighborhood, quiet time is 10pm to 6am
Other things to note
This is a well established mature neighborhood. Absolutely No party, No loud music, No smoking/drug, No illegal activities allowed. Guests will be asked to leave if they violate the rules and/or complaint from neighbors. Please be respectful to the peace and calmness of the atmosphere and neighborhood at all time, and I will do my very best to work with your needs and any particular request of your group. Great for family, larger groups, or working professionals. Minimum stay 30 days. Thank you for your interests
