• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
•  before leaving we ask that guests lower umbrellas on patio, bring any indoor items back in to the house and put them in their original location. please leave all outdoor furniture as it is.
• Before check out please set both of the ac/heating thermostats upstairs and downstairs to 75 for ac and 60 for heat and completely turn off the air conditioner in the enclosed dining room. 
• Please make sure to lock all of the doors on the property securely including all sliding glass and patio doors. once checked out please lock the front door by entering the shlage button.
