We kindly request if you’re planning a week long vacation, you only include one weekend in your booking. ie, Saturday to Friday or Monday to Sunday. This allows our booking calendar to stay open for other folks. We won’t except a Saturday to Saturday.
Gaigerosa del Lago offers upscale accommodations as a rare and unique one level 3386 sq. ft. vacation home. It has a great location on Lake Travis as well as being close to the city of Austin. The home has approximately 160 feet of lake frontage.

LOCATION: This home has one of the best locations of Lake Travis in Volente, TX on the Sandy Creek Arm . The village sits alongside the crystal clear waters of Lake Travis and is near the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve. The area provides camping, swimming, jogging and walking, fishing, biking, water sports, sailing, and scuba diving. It's a great location for adults and children. It is less than 5 miles from Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, 2 miles from Volente Beach & Waterpark, 2.2 miles from Lake Travis Scuba and only 4 miles from Lake Travis Waterloo Adventures. It is also only 8.8 miles from The Oasis Restaurant and The Oasis Texas Brewing Company. If you want to go to Austin, it is just 22 miles from Downtown Austin 6th Street.

HOME AMENITIES: The chef's kitchen has top quality appliances to make your cooking experiences enjoyable, whether it is for a gourmet meal or picnics on the lake. Appliances include a Thermador refrigerator/freezer, Thermador stove that includes a 4 burner gas cooktop with a built in griddle and a double oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, wine refrigerator and an ice-maker. There is a coffee bar in the walk in pantry with a Keurig and a Cuisinart
12 cup coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder. A deluxe toaster, hand mixer, blender, crock pot, iron, and ironing board are also provided. You have use of a large capacity front loading washer and dryer with soap provided.

INDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: Enjoy the large flat screen televisions or play a game of pool. You can also relax in front of the gas fireplace with gas log and remote control.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: Gorgeous pool with bar stools, hot tub, lounge area. There is also a huge covered patio off the living/dining area with direct access to the pool. It includes a gas grill, sink and granite counter tops. You can enjoy great views while cooking on the gas grill, dining, sun bathing or splashing in the pool.

THE LAKE: This area of Lake Travis is great for all water sports and is considered by many to be the best location. Having your own private dock makes it easy to enjoy the lake while staying at the home. One slip will be available for your use. While it is a 5 minute walk down to the dock. The large, private boat dock will accommodate a 24 ft boat and is 11' x 24.' One slip will be available for you. There is a table with chairs so you can sit at the dock and enjoy close up views of the lake or watch the mounted television. There are also "sunset" lights around the perimeter of the dock that shine down into the water so you can go night fishing.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. One half bath is conveniently located with a door to the outside patio and pool. It has two master bedrooms, both with great views of the lake and an ensuite private bath. Hunter Douglas powered shades make it very easy to enjoy the wonderful views yet provide privacy and darkness when needed. Master #1 has a door with access to the back patio. Master #2 has a Tempurpedic mattress. Both have wall mounted flat screen t.v.'s. Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds. It has access to a half bath very near the room. The 4th bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds, two single twin beds, and a twin trundle. It also has a private bath. There are 9 separate beds and the trundle. Hair dryers are provided in the three full baths.

There is a 150 step Stone pathway down to the boat dock. You can pick up people at a nearby marina if needed. Guests have shared great feedback renting a six-passenger gas-powered golf cart for an even greater experience from Golf Cars of Austin! They will pick up and deliver at Gaigerosa Del Lago!

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

*** RENTAL POLICY: No weddings allowed. No groups over 11 whether or not everyone is spending the night. No groups where most or everyone is under the age of 35. No loud, drinking parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. All guests must contact the Reservation Manager prior to booking this property otherwise the Reservation Manager reserves the right to cancel this reservation. No day events that include more than 16 people--this includes all guests whether or not they are spending the night. We would greatly appreciate you contacting us before doing an instant booking or reservation request.
