Spacious three-bedroom townhome located on the waters edge of Lake Travis (north shore).
Recently renovated lakefront home in the resort community of Point Venture featuring a spectacular lake view, and located on the main body of Lake Travis. This home boasts an eclectic mixture of nautical decor and rustic charm. It is a relaxing and comfortable retreat for friends and family. There are two large decks overlooking the lake and a gas grill located on the upper level. Enjoy dining al fresco on the upper deck while taking in the amazing lake views provided at this home. The main level offers an open floor plan and high ceilings. There are great lake views from both the living room and dining room. There is also a 60" smart TV with satellite reception in the living room as well. A large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops is located upon entry to this home. High speed internet with WIFI is available for those of us who need to stay plugged in.
There is a bedroom located on each of the three levels of this home. There are also two sleeping area with bunk beds, and three full bathrooms. The large master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a great lake view. The master bathroom has a large shower and jacuzzi tub. A laundry area with washer and dryer is also located in the master bathroom. Outside the master bedroom is a large game room with a ping pong table, wet bar and yet another great lake view. There is also a sitting area with a 60" television and sleeping nook.
Stone steps lead down to a large two level boat dock with lighting and shaded seating on the upper level. Enjoy swimming or floating in the lake off the dock. There is also ample room to tie up a boat alongside the dock. Boat ramps are available for launching in the private neighborhood park. The Point Venture marina is a few hundred yards away where you can get gas, ice or whatever you need for your boating adventures.
This home is conveniently located directly across the street from the clubhouse where you will have access to the community fitness center and junior Olympic sized swimming pool which overlooks the lake. A short walk down the street will bring you to the "Gnarly Gar" which is our neighborhood floating restaurant/bar. Point Venture also offers a nine hole golf course featuring the sports bar "Caddie Shack". Both the "Gnarly Gar" and "Caddie Shack" often offer live music on weekends. The Point Venture private neighborhood park is also lakefront and offers a playground, covered pavilion, newly built disc golf course, and boat ramps. While you are there it is also a great place to go fishing or to catch a beautiful sunset. Lighted tennis courts are available just a short ride from this home.
Lowest level has a king sized bed and full sized sleeper sofa in the master bedroom. The game room has a bunk bed that is a twin over full size.
Main level has a queen sized bed in a bedroom. There is also a bunk bed that is a twin over full size in the sleeping area off the dining room.
Upper level has a queen sized bed in a bedroom.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Point Venture, a neighborhood in Leander. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Consider The Lucky Rabbit for a night out or Volente Beach Water Park if you're traveling with kids. Jet skiing, kayaking, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
