2 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Lago Vista, Texas

The home is a two bedroom, two bath townhome with updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen, dining area, and living room is one large great room with views of the wooded back yard (beyond the deck). The back deck almost always has some shade. It is a great place to relax, drink coffee or your favorite beverage, read a book, eat a meal, or feed the deer. There is also a lawn area in the front (shared space on the other side of the parking area) you can use to play cornhole.
The space
Plan your next stay at this updated two bedroom, two bath townhome just minutes from the lake. This one story (no upstairs or downstairs neighbors) is a great retreat from the city. There are many parks to experience in the Lago Vista community where you can enjoy the lake with or without a boat. If you plan to visit the lake/parks please contact us so that we can ensure you have access. The city requires pre-approved passes, if not setup in advance your vehicle may be ticketed & towed. We can set this up for you. One of the parks offers an 18 hole disc golf course. If you enjoy this sport you will enjoy the course. Bring your discs or use some of ours. Most of the parks are just a 5-10 minute car ride away.

The general area is growing and there are many places to eat and entertain yourself nearby. We are near Jonestown (15 minutes), Cedar Park (25-30 min), Marble Falls (40 min), Round Rock (45 min) and Downtown Austin (45 -55 min). We also often take day trips to Fredericksburg which about an hour and half away.

If you plan to bring a boat or other watercraft please let us know so that we can ensure you know where to park. There is a boat rental nearby if you would like to rent a boat.

Prefer to stay in? Consider using the large Wi-Fi enabled Roku tv with Netflix (no cable) or play one of our board games, complete a puzzle, or read a book. Enjoy relaxing at this peaceful place to stay.

We do allow pets though there will be a $50 flat fee. A crate/kennel is required if your pet(s) are left alone in the townhome.
