Conveniently close to town, shopping, and endless outdoor recreation—yet peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to recharge, rest, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains.
Inside, you’ll find 2,700 sqft of comfort and character. The open main level features a well-equipped kitchen with slate floors, unique labradorite infused granite counters, and bar seating that flows into a bright living and dining area. Huge windows let the light pour in, and cork floors and in- floor radiant heat bring warmth underfoot.
The primary suite on the main floor offers a king bed, large closet space, and spa-like ensuite with double vanity, steam shower, and jacuzzi tub for two — the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.
A sunny art room/office and a serene sunroom invite creativity and stillness. The sunroom is a favorite spot to sip coffee, read a book, stretch, or simply enjoy the view of the trees and surrounding garden.
The lower level includes a second living area with a TV and seating, a queen bedroom, an open concept sleeping space with another queen bed, a full bathroom with double vanity, and laundry.
Outdoors, the home continues to shine. You’ll find multiple places to relax, dine, or stargaze — including a fire pit and beautifully landscaped yard with native wildflowers in the summer. Trails are just steps away for hiking, biking, ATVing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and more.
