This modern mountain home is nestled in the pines on a quiet one-acre forested lot, just 1.5 miles from Historic Harrison Avenue in Leadville. The home is a newly built modern luxury prefab design. The open plan of the Living and Kitchen is spacious, with vaulted ceilings and high windows, washing the interior with light and views of the pines. Rental License 2025-074

The neighborhood has the “just-outside-of-town” feel with forested neighboring lots along a gravel drive off Mountain View Rd. The sound of cool breezes frequently whisper through the tall lodgepole pines on the lot. A convenient location to the Mineral Belt, Race Series start lines, Turquoise Lake and surrounding trailheads as well as all the local shops and restaurants. This is the ideal vacation home if you’re looking to be close to all that Leadville has to offer while being nestled in the pines on the edge of town.

Open Living Space plan with private bedrooms and two baths. 840 sf total space and a small porch on the front of the house. The home has modern finishes with LVP and tile flooring, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, above counter vessel sinks, matte black faucets and panel doors. Rooms include an open living/kitchen with a queen size sleeper sofa, a master bedroom with ensuite master bath that includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has it’s own bath with a tub shower, accessible off the hall serving the main living area. Brand new laundry appliances are also off the hall.

Local bus stop less than 2 miles has transportation to Frisco Transportation Center in Summit County.
