Welcome to your home away from home, Mountains & Mimosas. This newly constructed cabin in Powder House Pass. Located in the heart of the Northern Black Hills with the Mickelson Trail & Trail #5 close by is the perfect location to bring your mountain bikes, UTV/ATV, & snowmobiles! You can be at Terry Peak in less than 10 minutes to hit the slopes, or to Spearfish Canyon in 5 minutes to hike. A taxi ride into Deadwood takes about 15 minutes.
Powder House Pass Subdivision offers a club house with an outdoor heated pool open year round & a pool table inside open to all guests of Powder House Pass. There are paved roads all throughout the subdivision.
When you arrive to Mountains & Mimosas you will be welcomed to an open concept main floor with large windows to look at the spectacular views the hills has to offers. A large kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for entertaining and includes a fireplace to cozy up on the cold winter days. There is a large covered deck off the main level that has a spectacular views and a high chance of seeing wildlife come through the area. In the basement there is a large game room that includes a wet bar and pool table. As you walk out onto the basement patio you will be welcomed to a 7-person hot tub. The loft area features an additional large room above the garage that will be perfect for the kiddos, multiple beds & a tv for gaming.
