Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef, and when it's time to eat you can gather around the wooden dining table, or at the quaint breakfast bar.

The home's vintage charm can be seen in both of the bedrooms, adorned with warm quilts and partial air-conditioning. When additional sleeping quarters are needed, the loft space features two queen-sized air mattresses.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The stairs are steep and it gets hot this time of year. There is a new egress window, if the windows are opened in the afternoon with the available fan the loft can be cooled down for comfortable sleeping.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
