Escape to the peaceful beauty of the Black Hills in this cozy mountain retreat located just minutes from Terry Peak Ski Area. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, ATV adventures, or simply a quiet getaway in the hills, this cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-concept living space featuring a warm gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and large windows that bring in the natural beauty surrounding the property. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip/Keurig combo coffee maker, along with basic starter supplies. We also provide all linens, towels, and essentials to help you settle in comfortably.

The home features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and two full bathrooms, including a bathtub and walk-in shower. Please note there are a few steps required to access the property, so the home is not single-level. There is a pull-out sofa sleeper for guests traveling with kids or need the additional sleeping arrangements.

Step outside to enjoy the covered back deck complete with a private hot tub and gas grill — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills. The peaceful setting and beautiful views of Terry Peak from the front deck make this cabin an ideal year-round retreat.

Guests will also have access to a large two-stall garage and oversized driveway with plenty of room for large trailers, making it convenient for snowmobile, motorcycle, or ATV groups. Large trailers can fit comfortably as long as guests are comfortable backing in and maneuvering within the driveway area. Please note the garage is not heated.

The roads leading to the property are paved with the exception of approximately the final quarter mile, which is maintained packed gravel/dirt road access.

Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy
We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances.

• A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog.
• Prior to booking, guests must provide a description of their dog(s) for pre-approval.
• Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to help maintain cleanliness standards.
• For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when away from the property.
• If barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements may be required.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets, including professional carpet cleaning or steam cleaning if necessary.
• Any pet not approved prior to arrival will result in a minimum additional charge of $200.
• Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs may result in added cleaning fees.
