Discover the enchanting allure of Lawrenceville in this serene and stylish home, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen boasts of two dining areas, the dining room and the breakfast nook, both providing the perfect setting for enjoying home-cooked meals amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the pool (closed from October 15 to March), savor a barbecue using the grill, bask in the sun on the hammock and deck, or gather around the fire pit. For more adventure, take the 10-minute hike to the lake and waterfalls that starts in the property's very own private backyard. Opt for a morning or afternoon walk, as this trail lacks lighting.
Harris Tribble Mill Park, just a 2-minute drive away, offers opportunities for fishing and boating. Downtown is a mere 6 miles away, and the Mall of Georgia is conveniently located 13 miles from the property.
The property consists of two separate, private units (the guest suite and the basement) each with its private entrance and amenities. Vrbo guests stay in the guest suite which is entirely one unit ensuring complete privacy and a comfortable stay. It features four bedrooms with five queen beds, two dining rooms, a laundry room, and two bathrooms with access through the front entrance. Cohost occupies the basement. Driveway accommodates six cars while street parking is also available in front of the house. No parties are allowed in compliance with air b n b’s policy. Quiet time is observed from 9 pm to 7 am.
The backyard and swimming pool are amenities available to guests in both units. We hope you enjoy these spaces and find them perfect for relaxation and fun during your stay.

Chander Lake
10 minute hike (unpaved) or 2 minute drive
*Bring fishing rods, there are grills on the lake for you to use.
Harris Green Way Trail Head (5.7 Mile Paved Trail)
10 minute hike(unpaved) or 2 minute drive
*Bring your bikes, scooters, pets etc.
*This trail is connected to the Tribble Mill Falls
**We have a canopy, folding chairs, small grill and sleds (to be used for sliding in the waterfall)
