Welcome home to this amazing 3bed/2bath ranch in Lawrenceville, GA close to highway I85 and 319.

This newly renovated home has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. It has been recently upgraded with brand new appliances and high end finishes throughout.

You will enter to the living room and you will notice an open floor plan. The living room has comfortable seating, a big screen TV (no cable, but you can watch through apps like Netflix and YouTube), and a fireplace.

Next you can go to the dining room which has a large table, seating for 6, and a buffet serving hutch. To the right is the kitchen with brand new cabinets, appliances, accessories, cutlery, dishes, and basic baking supplies. Behind the barn door, you will see a spacious laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer available for your use. There is plenty of storage here for pantry items, as well as a Keurig coffee maker with a few pods provided, as well as a standard coffee brewer (BYOCoffee).

The three bedrooms are located down the hall, all with comfortable beds, linens, and their own closets. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and a huge closet with build in desk for your computer.

Last but not least, there is a large covered patio in the back that has a second flat screen tv set up for streaming, a great sound system, a table and seating, and a gas grill. It is open to the back yard. The trees in the back provide privacy from the neighbors.

Located in Lawrenceville, this vacation home is near a water park. Gwinnett Historic Courthouse and Gwinnett History Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Lanier and Chattahoochee River. Hudgens Center for the Arts and Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and mountain climbing nearby.
