Welcome to BLUE, which has 3 levels of living space. Your stay begins in the 2 story high foyer. The lounge area to your right has plenty of seating, and for those who have to work and play, the lounge serves as a great work space featuring a beautiful wooden desk and computer chair.

Walk to your left to enter the spacious, open-concept kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features granite countertops, an island, and a nook between the two areas to dine in. The kitchen comes equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to have a comfortable, worry-free stay; in addition to a kettle, toaster, a Keurig Duo with starter K-cups, and a NutriBullet. The kitchen door opens to the backyard with a large outdoor deck furnished with patio furniture and a built-in bench to enjoy the peaceful scenery.

Everyone can enjoy their time indoors in the living room on the large and very comfortable sectional and arm chair, with a large 58" Roku HD TV. Here, the walls are decorated with our favorite travel locations. The first level of the home also has a half bath, a laundry room (stocked with detergent), and a formal dining room.

Head upstairs to unwind in one of 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and two full baths to ensure every guest is comfortable and has their own space. The luxurious primary suite features a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, a spacious king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a marble-topped, double-sink vanity, a large jetted tub, and a shower. A second 58" Roku HD TV is available in the primary suite. The 4 bedrooms are themed with two of our favorite passions - music and traveling! Two bedrooms have a full/double bed and the third features an additional king-sized bed and a 43" Roku HD TV.

The music and travel themes continue to the lower level of the home (accessible by the door near the pantry). Here you will find another kitchen, dining space, living area with Roku HD TV, the 3rd full bathroom, and the additional beds (1 king and 1 full/double).

Near the 295, 30 min. from Washington DC and Baltimore, 15 min. from the Greenbelt Metro Station, and 20 minutes from down-town Silver Spring. Free WiFi and easy keypad check-in.

Explore the neighborhood by walking to the end of the cul de sac to your right. The park is a 3-5 min walk away with a walking and biking trail and a playground.

BLUE can accommodate a max of 8 guests. Guests will have access to the entire home to include parking in the driveway and the backyard. The garage is an unauthorized section of the house where guests are not allowed to access. You have your own private space and no interaction with the owners is needed unless it is necessary.

Parties and loud music are NOT allowed at any time to protect the home and neighbors from being disturbed. We ask that you are transparent and truthful with your group size, and in your purpose for the use of the house. We monitor the property both remotely and physically.

South Laurel, a neighborhood in Laurel, is home to this vacation home. Six Flags America and Goddard Visitor Center are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Arundel Mills Mall and Dutch Country Farmers Market. Fairland Sports and Athletic Complex and Gardens Ice House are also worth visiting.
