*Luxurious new (10/2020) home in desirable and upscale part of Las CrucesThere are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds in total, all with comfortable beds and new decor. 2 bathrooms, shower has no curb so this place would be good for visitors with impaired mobility (although we do not have all the handholds to make it fully disabled accessible, it could be a good option for those needing a little help)

* Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! 2 dogs max no cats please.
* This is a new (7/21) property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

RULES AND FEES SUMMARY
$65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it
$35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs

PET POLICY
Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! We charge an additional $45/ pet fee, which will be added to your total cost. If you have more than 1 pet coming along it will be charged to your Airbnb account upon check in via the resolutions center within the booking platform. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before arrival.

* Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times and comply with local pet ordinances.
* Guests agree to report any damage caused by their dog promptly.
* Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
* Guests agree that pets will not get on the furniture or bedding. There

* Please clean up after your pup and properly dispose of their waste.
* Please, no personal pet beds or other pet items in the washer or dryer.
* No vicious or dangerous dogs with a tendency or disposition to attack other pets or humans are allowed.

Las Cruces is home to this villa. New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum and Las Cruces Museum of Art are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Branigan Cultural Center and Museum of Nature & Science. NMSU Center for the Arts and Paisano Pete are also worth visiting.
