Welcome to our guest house! This casita is secure and secluded on an acre of land with a privacy fence and gated access. 10 ft. ceilings, refrigerated AC, gas fireplace and a large master bathroom. You may enjoy the relaxing Koi pond, fruit and nuts tress or great bird watching.
RV port includes 50 amp power, water and septic hookup, can accommodate a 38-ft Class A motorhome. Car port also available for parking.
All located within walking distance to Las Cruces Convention Center, NMSU and just a few minutes drive to the historic town of Mesilla. Easy access to I-10 & I-25.
Located in Las Cruces, this vacation home is next to a golf course. NMSU Tennis Center and Rio Grande Vineyards and Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park and Rio Grande. Museum of Nature & Science and Stahmanns Country Store are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
