Luxurious Pool Home in a beautiful, private residential neighborhood. Split level home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bring your family and friends as this house will accommodate 22 people comfortably.

When you walk into the front door of this home you find yourself in the main living space. Open concept design with modern flair includes a large living room, large kitchen with 10' island and bar stools, and a dining space. The main floor is bright and airy with a view of the pool. Downstairs you will find a charming, boho style living room/hang out area. Included is a large farm style table offering you additional dining space. Very convenient as pool access is right through the door. This downstairs area also features a laundry room and a bathroom with step in shower. Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Main floor features modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. Living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 2 occasional chairs and a large flat screen TV.

Downstairs you walk into a large hang out space that has a queen size sleeper sofa and a variety of seating options that include a futon, bucket chair, and poufs. Large wall mounted TV for movies or gaming. Down one step is the large eating area, with big farm table and 12 white chairs. This dining area can be closed off with the large sliding door, so while some guests play or watch TV, others can enjoy eating and watching friends and family frolic in the pool. Kids games, including a large wooden Jenga set, are in the dining space. Access to th pool is off the eating area. For convenience, the laundry room and bathroom are near the pool area as well. This home also includes a large 3 car garage, which can also be accessed from the lower level. Inside you will find beach chairs, cooler, and a wagon to pull your items to the beach.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV.
Bedroom # 1 has a set of full sized bunkbeds, double closet and wall mounted TV
Bedroom # 2 has a King size bed, twin sized bunkbeds, a double closet, dresser with a TV and an attached on- suite bathroom with double vanity and step in shower.
Bedroom # 3 has a Kind size bed, nightstands, large closet and a TV
Bedroom #4 has 2 Full size beds with nightstand, large closet and a TV
Bedroom # 5 has a Queen size bed, bed side tables, large closet and a TV
Also upstairs is an additional bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination, as well as a large vanity with plenty of mirrors.
Outdoor pool area is a vacationer's delight. Large pool, 6 sun bathing loungers, and a corner table with 2 chairs tucked away on the side. Up one step to the platform area of the backyard is a large dining table with 6 chairs and an umbrella. Grill with smoker option is ready for you to show off your barbeque skills.
Home is 1 mile away from Indian Rocks beach, and only 1.5 from the 7th Avenue Beach Access Park. Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. Some of the best ice cream around. Guppy's, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Beach Waves Grill and Chicago Jaqx are some the favorite local dining establishments. Beach shops, Playgrounds, tennis courts and skate parks are also nearby.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking:
This property provides 5-6 parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street or grass parking. No garage parking.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

The surrounding local area includes:
Florida Botanical Gardens which features holiday lights late November-January, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Walsingham Park, McGough Nature Park and Clearwater Aquarium.
Tampa is only 24 miles away and offers the Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Children's Museums. Home of several national sport teams, you may be able to take in a game or two. Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are only a 2 hour drive away.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Harbor Bluffs, a neighborhood in Largo.
