The pool area does not come with a lifeguard or a child safety fence, the guest assumes all liability in regards to pool use. The pool heater is only available in winter months, and is $25 per day for the entire length of the stay once activated.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
Must clean up after your pets if you bring them and please do not allow them on the beds or couch. Maximum 2 pet at any given time. Pet must be 20lbs or less. $99 per pet fee applies. No aggressive pet breeds allowed.
All adult guests in the party must turn in a photo of their IDs thru messages prior to check in. Failure to do so will result in cancelation without refund.
Located in Largo, this vacation home is near the beach. Splash Harbour Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches and Clearwater Beach. The Amish Country Store and Florida Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting.
