You’re just 5 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, 10 minutes from Clearwater, and surrounded by local favorites — fresh seafood spots, coffee shops, and family-friendly attractions. The quiet streets and nearby parks make it ideal for morning walks or bike rides before heading to the shore.
Getting Around:

Everything you need is nearby! The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive. A car is recommended for exploring the wider area, but rideshares are readily available. Tampa International Airport is about 35 minutes away, and Clearwater-St. Pete Airport just 20 minutes.
