The space
This beautifully decorated house is located in quiet upscale neighborhood. The house was tastefully furnished by my wife and me. We would really like you make yourself at home. This is a beautiful home that your family and friends will love.

Conveniently located. Just a few minutes drive to white sand beaches, Florida Botanical Garden, Splash Harbor Water Park, restaurants, groceries, cvs, gas stations, shops. You can visit 5 different beaches from here. From Treasure Island to Clearwater beaches.

The home is well appointed featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 12 guests without being cramped.
8 beds & all new furniture. Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.

►Living room features everything you need to relax: a sofa that can be pulled out to a comfortable Queen bed and sleeper chair that can be pulled out to a comfortable Twin bed. Enjoy casual down time while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 65-inch smart TV with streaming Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Prime and others channels. Spend your evenings playing board games. There are also many books in the house.

►Fully-stocked kitchen. Featuring lots of countertop space, oven/stove, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. All general kitchenware, dining ware, spices, cooking oil, sugar, flour, vinegar are available for your home-cooked meal. Coffee and tea bar.

►Spacious dining room with a view through large glass sliding doors to a tranquil pool view. Meals can be enjoyed on the large dining table.
Office space off the dining room for your work.

►Three bedrooms have 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Twin bunk bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2 Twin sleeper chairs. All beds with brand new mattresses, pillows, and linens. There are extra blankets and pillows.
Two bathrooms are well-stocked with many towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

►FAMILY FRIENDLY with Pack-N-Play w/ mattress, high chair, kids beach chair, life vest, toddler dining set, mini-books and kids beach sand toy set for the little ones.

►Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, wagon cart and cooler available for exploring various nearby beaches.

►Escape to the oversized fully fenced in backyard featuring your own large private in-ground pool, trampoline, propane BBQ and a place to play on the lawn. On this oversized lot, your backyard has room for any outdoor activity you can imagine! Relax on the swing in the shade of an old oak tree or relax on a sun lounger to enjoy the Florida sun! Enjoy an evening conversations at a FirePit Table.

Easy keyless entry, strong Wifi, central A/C and heating system. washer/dryer, iron and iron-steamer in laundry. Large garage for your use. Driveway that will fit 5-6 cars or even your boat or RV!

Guests are welcome to park in the garage. For security purposes, to open the door, guests must enter the home and then activate the wall-mounted opener from the garage.

The house is entirely yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
1. Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay.
2. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
3. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. Recycling pick-up is on Wednesday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening.
4. Animals are welcome, as long as you use the special bags to collect waste. If you leave waste in the front or back yard, we will add a cleaning fee of $50 to the amount of your reservation.
5. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
6 Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
