Step into our well-lit living room, featuring a large window that fills the space with natural sunlight. Relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa while watching TV. You’ll also have direct access to the stairway leading to the second floor, making it easy to move throughout the home.

Our kitchen is designed for both convenience and comfort, featuring a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker to meet all your culinary needs. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick bite. A patio door provides direct access to the pool area.

In the same space, you'll find the dining room, complete with a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable while enjoying your meals. We've also stocked the kitchen with various thoughtful amenities, including cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic pantry staples, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a spacious closet with mirrors, a ceiling fan, a dresser, nightstands, and bedside lamps, located on the first floor.

Bedroom #2 boasts a king-size bed, TV, single sofa, mini fridge, microwave, a ceiling fan, small sink, nightstands and ample storage. A glass sliding door opens to the balcony, providing a refreshing outdoor retreat with comfortable outdoor furniture

Bedroom #3 features two twin-size beds, a TV, a single sofa, ceiling fan, dresser nightstands, and a spacious closet with mirrors, creating a spacious and practical setting.

Bathroom 1 located on the first floor features a fully tiled tub-shower combo area, providing both style and function for a relaxing experience. The space includes a sink, toilet bowl, and a vanity mirror for convenience.

Bathroom 2 located on the second floor includes a bath tub, an all-tiled stand-up glass door shower, a vanity sink with mirror, a toilet bowl, and a hair dryer.

Escape to our tranquil outdoor retreat, where you'll find a screened-in porch and a dining seating for six. Relax by the sparkling pool, shaded by a sun sail, complete with sun loungers. Unwind in the hammock or explore the spacious garden—perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

We've added an extra touch of fun and relaxation with a ping-pong table, board games, playing cards, and a selection of books and magazines for your enjoyment.

This property has a grill, washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage, offered at no additional charge. Additionally, there are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.

For added convenience, we’ve recently included a beach chair, wagon, and umbrella—perfect for your outings or relaxing days nearby.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• The BBQ must remain outside of the lanai area, per city regulations. Non-compliance may result in claims.
• Pool isn't heated.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly on Fridays. The landscaping team will not knock on or request permission before beginning their work. They will be working for a few hours, and we want to assure guests that every effort will be made to keep the disruption minimal.
• There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
