Our cozy and modern retreat is located in a peaceful neighborhood, giving you plenty of privacy and a calm atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need to make delicious meals. The pool is heated, stocked with fun toys, plenty of towels, lounge and beach chairs. This is your home, away from home!

Speaking of the pool, we've got you covered with pool toys, towels, and beach chairs, so you can soak up the sun in style. If you prefer to explore the nearby nature parks, splash parks, or dine at local restaurants and cafes, you're in luck! Everything is just a stone's throw away, with grocery stores less than a mile away.

When you're ready to wind down for the night, our bedrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat with plush beds and soft linens. Our house is a new home with all the perks you need to enjoy a perfect vacation in Largo. We can't wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!

With 1500 square feet of living space, our house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a super comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's rest. The master bedroom comes complete with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, so you can unwind and relax in style.

Our living room is perfect for lounging and hanging out with friends and family, with a plush leather sofa that can even double as a sleeping space if needed. If you're feeling like cooking up a storm, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a range of seasonings to add that extra flavor to your meals. Plus, we've got you covered with an outdoor propane grill for those summer barbecues!

One of the highlights of our home is our sparkling-heated pool, which is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 80–85 degrees from October 15 to April 15 at no extra charge - unlike other vacation rentals that charge for pool heating. During the winter months, when temperatures are low, we recommend using the pool cover after each use to help conserve the temperature of the water. Our pool is also covered by a birdcage, so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine without worrying about pesky bugs.

Lastly, we know privacy is important to our guests, so we've made sure to fence in our backyard, giving you a peaceful and private space to relax and unwind. We can't wait to welcome you to our lovely home and make your stay in Largo a memorable one!

Our charming home is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Tampa Airport, 15 minutes from St. Pete Airport, and 50 minutes from Sarasota Airport. If you're planning to visit Disney World and downtown Disney, you'll be happy to know that they are just a 1.5-hour drive away.

We welcome guests to stay for a maximum of 28 days in our comfortable and cozy home. During your stay, there's plenty to do in the local area and towns, including exploring local eateries, shopping, water sports, miniature golf, Splash Harbor Water park, bowling, laser tag, and trampoline parks.

If you're looking for exciting day trips, the surrounding area has plenty to offer, such as the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights from late November to January 1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children's Museums. Sports fans can catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers football game in Tampa, or check out some pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training.

For your convenience, we allow parking in our driveway for up to four vehicles. Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system. Come stay with us and enjoy all the wonderful attractions the local area has to offer!

House Rules:

For safety, there are security cameras OUTSIDE the house ONLY at the entrance door and in the backyard/pool area.
At least one person renting must be 25 or older.
- No SMOKING
- NO LOUD MUSIC
- NO PARTY
- No music at pool area
- No unreported visitors or unconfirmed guests without prior approval
- No gathering beyond the numbers of booked guests. Any unconfirmed guests showing up at the property will result in immediate CANCELLATION and termination of your stay.
Pool Depth is 3-6 ft.
We kindly ask that you keep a watchful eye on your children for their safety, and refrain from using glass bottles or kitchenware in the pool area. Additionally, please note that a Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability form must be signed before your stay.

To ensure the optimal performance of the air conditioning unit, we request that you keep all doors and windows closed while it is in use. Lastly, we ask that you refrain from setting the AC temperature below 72 degrees.
We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10pm as we are located in a peaceful neighborhood. To monitor the noise level, we use a noise monitoring device that measures the sound in decibels. Please note that this device does not record any actual sounds or conversations.

The pool guy is coming every Thursday between 10:00 am- 2:00 pm for an hour.
The landscaping guy is coming every Friday between 12:00pm-2:00pm.
Trash green bin is picked up on every Monday and Thursday by 7am. Recycle (blue bin) is picked up on Monday only by 7 am. It is very important that you take the trash bins to the curb the night before pick up days and return them back on Monday/Thursday.
