Clearwater Beach is about 20 minutes, Indian Rocks Beach 15 minutes, and St. Pete Beach 25 minutes. Clearwater Airport is 20 minutes away, and Tampa Airport is 40 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with easy access to everything you need.
Getting Around:
The driveway has a carport for shaded parking. Rideshares to the beach are very affordable given the short distance. Clearwater Beach is approximately 20 minutes, Indian Rocks Beach 15 minutes. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is 20 minutes, Tampa International Airport 40 minutes. Local cab companies and rideshare services are readily available.

Beach essentials are available for your convenience. The fenced yard is great for relaxing outdoors. This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events. No smoking inside. We offer weekly and monthly discounts for extended stays.
