• Put dishes in the dishwasher and run a basic cycle and if dry or put them away. put all trash in the kitchen before you leave. put used bathroom towels and wash cloths in basement bathroom
• Strip any used beds and place sheets and pillow cases by the bedroom doors. leave pillows and comforters on the beds. ensure the fire is out and the flue/damper is closed in the wood burning stove.
• Winter return hvac to 65 degrees and on. (summer off) lock the back door (the door knob and deadbolt). be sure to hit the “lock” icon on the e-lock on the front door upon your departure day by 11 am.
