Summary:
Welcome to Fairlane #1! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the First floor of the building. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :)

Guests have access to the entire unit. It is private, and you will have it to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
Our building is located in a seasoned, industrial pocket of Lansing, right across from Capital Region International Airport. We're a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU.
Getting Around:

- Taxis
Other Things to Note:
-The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor.
-Laundry room is available in the basement anytime after 4pm.
-Extra towels and sheets available on request.
We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*
Interaction with Guests:
We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.
**Our non emergency messaging hours are 9AM-7PM.**
Lansing is home to this apartment. Turner-Dodge House and Heritage Center and Rogers-Carrier House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hawk Meadow Park and Durant Park.
