Waterfront home on a private community beach with easy low bank access! Enjoy your days watching for wildlife, walking on the beach, paddle boarding or taking in views from the inside or outside.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with heated floor, well equipped kitchen, induction range, YouTube TV, Roku, WiFi, cozy seating and a gas fireplace.

Outside you'll find 2 paddle boards, gas grill, deck with a comfortable dining area, and a large yard. Views of Mount Baker, Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and amazing sunsets. Spot whales, bald eagles, seals, deer's, otters and shore birds.

Nearby you'll find great restaurants, wine tasting, breweries, movie theatre, unique shops, groceries, hiking, biking, golf, art galleries, state parks and more.

A 15 minutes drive from the Mukilteo ferry landing and 15 minutes to charming Langley, Bayview or Freeland.

Garage is not available for guest use.

As of March 2026 we have installed Ring cameras on the deck corner and driveway to monitor the yearly flooding issues.

Located in Langley, this vacation home is on the beach. Marrowstone Point Lighthouse and Fort Flagler State Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Clyde Theatre and South Whidbey Harbor at Langley. Whidbey Island Center for the Arts and Blooms are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
