ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home with a detached studio requires exterior steps to enter- The property is located on a dirt road; 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended to access the property- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera above the garage facing the driveway. This camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. It streams sound and video continuously, but does not record- Every Friday morning a maintenance men works on the spa & they will let themselves into the side door.
