• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• SECOND ROOM
The second room has a futon available for the 3rd person, most comfortable for a kiddo. Please let us know if you will need that room and we can leave out extra linens for your use. Otherwise, it is a small sitting room with access through the bathroom.

• PETS
Pets are not allowed at this property due to the homeowner having severe allergies and asthma

• HOT TUB
The hot tub is a 110V hot tub. A "plug and play" which may not be the most reliable when heating up. Please note, we will have it on and operating but the water may not heat to the desired temperature wanted and will lose heat when open and in-use.

• DIRECTIONS

• A/C & Heater
The house is cooled and heated by mini split heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year long.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
