Each space combines historic character with modern comforts, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, TVs, laundry facilities, and ensuite bathrooms, with heated tile floors in select units. Every unit has its own personality, creating a stay that feels both private and connected. The Nook features a cozy cast-iron stove, The Barn includes a propane fireplace, and the remaining units offer electric fireplaces for added comfort and atmosphere.
The Barn serves as the main gathering space for the property and is large enough for everyone to come together for meals, meetings, or celebrations. It also includes three folding tables and an extra 16 folding chairs in addition to the large table and 10 dining chairs already set up, allowing the entire group to comfortably dine together. Both The Barn and The House feature game tables and Ninja Luxe Espresso machines for guests who appreciate a great cup of coffee or latte. Throughout the property, you’ll also find board games, card games, a poker set, and kids’ toys for all ages to enjoy.
Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the thoughtful family-friendly amenities, including three full-size cribs, three pack ‘n plays, high chairs, and extra toys. Three air mattresses are also available for additional sleeping flexibility.
Outside, each unit has its own fire pit and charcoal grill, while The Barn and The House also include wood pellet smokers. Firewood, charcoal, and wood pellets are provided, making it easy to enjoy cookouts and evenings around the fire.

You will have access to all the spaces and the entire property except for Unit 3, which is where the on-site manager lives. His name is Glen, and he is available if he's at home. He is also involved in the VRBO messaging threads, so he may hop in on the thread to answer any questions.

Other things to note
The fire station is just down the street and the fire siren goes off occasionally. It is very loud if outside, but normally lasts less than a minute.
