The space.
Up the exterior stairway and through the front door, a large foyer leads into the laundry room to your right; fitted with a washer, ventless dryer, wash sink, and Victorian clothes airer. Directly ahead is the alluring open-concept living space with massive reclaimed oak dining table below beautiful brass chandelier. The eclectic kitchen is well-stocked with all the cookware you should need for your stay as well as a generous supply of quality dishes. Off the kitchen is the front bathroom, featuring a cast iron tub-for-two with shower, surrounded by spa-like travertine and marble tile.

Beyond the living space, through the double pocket doors, is the family room with sleeping loft atop the spiral staircase. An office, underneath, is perfect for any needed work or study duties. Down the hallway are three bedrooms with two Queen beds and a Full-over-Full bunk. The master suite is at the end of the hall with a California King bed; a nursery off the bedroom as well as a sunny sitting porch full of light and lush flora. The master bathroom en suite features floor-to-ceiling marble tile with a 14" rain showerhead. Custom vanity and built-ins are crafted of local walnut.
