New home 3 bedroom two bath with open floor plan located directly on the Lakeside ATV path, ride your ATV just 2 miles to Spine Reel dunes access. This is also conveniently located just 0.3 miles from Ten Mile Lake boat ramp. Bring your ATV and boat for fun in the sun as this house has a 12x73 foot extra-long driveway with RV hookups that provide plenty of parking room for all your recreational toys. Plus renters will have access to the garage and additional parking accessible by the ally. Please note: the dune access is 2.4 miles down a paved road. If your ATV/UTV has paddle tires it is advisable that you trailer our toys to the dune access point.
