There's a wet bar that will surely keep the adults entertained; channel your inner bartender and surprise your friend with refreshing and tasty cocktails after dinner. The screened porch facing the gardens is the ideal place to relax on your own; you can snuggle up on the sofa and read a good book, browse on your phone using the high-speed internet available, or even take a nap. The group's cook will be delighted by the spacious and well-equipped kitchen Four Seasons Retreat features. It features stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials to prepare the most delicious meals for your group. And if you'd like to surprise them even more, the gas grill available will do the trick. Outside, lush gardens will greet you as soon as you exit this marvelous retreat. The patio boasts an outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a comfortable and inviting seating area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Three Oaks, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Michigan and Warren Dunes State Park. Round Barn Union Pier Tasting Room and Local are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
