The home is fully loaded with dock, coffee bar, 2 dining areas, comfortable family room, laundry, 2.5 bath, 4 bed, and sleeps 8 guests.

You'll feel at home in the luxurious master suite. When the kids see the bunks, they are going to be just as excited. No detail has been overlooked.
The space
While staying at the Lottie Lake House, you can plan your days between staying put and enjoying the perks of being waterfront on the lake or taking a short drive to one of the most famous stretches of beach in South Florida. There, you’ll discover cuisine from fun eats to fine dining, museums, and outdoor shopping areas. Of course, there are also miles of beach where you can swim, lounge and play!

Your family, friends and four legged companions will be busy making memories in the outdoor area. Activities like kayaking or fishing off the private dock, grilling food and enjoying meals on the shaded porch. We have ample seating outside: a large table and pub table as well. Our kayak is available for 2-3 people to go exploring around the lake at a time. If you haven't noticed the large, flat green yard, please take a second look at the photos!

When you finally come inside, your crew will have plenty of room to spread out in our 2-story Key West style house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We have two back porches. One on the main level and another above, shared by the primary bedroom and queen room upstairs. In the front of the house, you will enjoy yet another porch off the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. (Doors are childproof for peace-of-mind).

Room 1: Luxuriate in the primary King-sized bedroom with large 50" smart tv, overhead fan, shower, and large tub. Spread out with his and hers bathroom counters and dual closets.

Room 2: The queen room has a large walk-in closet and access to the back deck via French doors. There is an overhead fan and 40"TV as well.

Room 3: There's a full-size bed in the 3rd room, smart TV, large closet, and overhead fan. The 4th room has a twin bunk bed, colorful bedding, TV and walk in closet.

The large guest bath upstairs has shower, tub, and double sinks with plenty of counter space for the group.

On the main level is the comfortable and inviting living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and seating for everyone at the large table for 8 people–perfect for a meal together, game night or an additional work station. Chill wine in the wine fridge or grab a beach towel by the door on the way outside.

A smaller seating area for a quick breakfast is right around the corner. The laundry area is fully stocked, and the two-car garage is clean and has a broom/vacuum and kayak for your use.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, backyard, and dock all to yourself. You will access the house via Smart Lock on the front door. Guests have access to the entire house and grounds except the owner's closet which will be locked.
