New bathroom vanity upstairs and down, new blinds and a fresh coat of paint make this vacation property feel brand new. Also ground floor living/bed room with interior access via the spiral staircase in the living room

This is a really cool old 1940 Barn that was moved to Lake June in the 50's. Your back yard is 3,700 acres of clean, blue green water with white sand bottom. Catch lunker bass, blue gill and crappie or enjoy just about all other water sports like tubing or skiing. Hang with the locals at the sandbar or just swim and relax. Enjoy the back yard fire pit while taking in the view from the upstairs or down stair decks. One of the best values on the lake located in between hottest restaurant and bars in town –Dock 633 Bar and Grill and Jacksons. House sleeps up to 6. Boat lift is not available.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANYTIME IS 8 PEOPLE. THIS IS STRONGLY ENFORCED.
