Located in a peaceful cove in Climax Springs, this spacious, newer-construction home offers a quiet and relaxing escape with stunning lake views and easy access to the water. The home and private dock sit in a calm cove, ideal for tying up your boat, fishing, or simply enjoying the serenity of the lake. You can swim off the dock as well as paddle board and paddle boat in the cove, plus it's just a short hop out to the main channel at the 60-mile marker, where you can enjoy tubing, water skiing, and swimming in open water, even on weekends.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out. With two comfortable living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—there's room for both relaxation and play. The downstairs area even features a foosball table for some friendly competition. The well-equipped kitchen includes an island with bar stools and flows seamlessly into the open living and dining area, making it the perfect spot for conversations over morning coffee or evening meals. Step outside onto one of two large decks with beautiful lake views.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests with flexible accommodations for families and groups. There are three main bedrooms, including one king bedroom with a private en-suite bath, another king bedroom that shares a bathroom, and one queen bedroom. A cozy bonus bunk room sleeps up to six, making it a great space for kids or additional guests. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and high-speed internet and TV are provided to help you feel right at home.

In the evenings, gather around the lakeside firepit for s’mores and storytelling, or fire up the grill or smoker on the deck for a delicious outdoor meal. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
