Million dollar home with million dollar views on the water, with your very own oversized private dock and swim platform! The home offers amazing views of the sunset and multiple decks to enjoy the views of the lake at any time. We are 5 minute walking distance to the bars and restaurants within Camden on the Lake, H. Toads, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators! It is also a short, easy drive to both Four Seasons golf courses, shopping, and other attractions on 'the Strip'
We have all kitchenware that you will need for you stay plus seasonings/condiments and much more. The house also comes with a full surround sound Sonos setup on the main floor, a home office for any working needs, and plenty of fun board games for your family & friends.
Outside, there is a propane Weber grill & private Jacuzzi on the first floor deck overlooking the main channel. We have lily pads, two kayaks plus jumping & swim platforms ready for use on the dock. As well as a brand-new tiki bar!

The NUMBER OF OCCUPANCIES:
10 people occupancy maximum.
If you have more than the maximum people allowed staying at the house without advance request and payment, you will forfeit your deposit.
Please, keep in mind our home means a lot to us and we would like you to treat it with respect. Therefore, we do NOT allow bachelor, bachelorette, or parties of any kind. We also do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or on the property.
PETS:
We do not allow pets on the property, if pets are brought on the property, you will forfeit your deposit.
WATERCRAFT:
Guests are not allowed to use or climb onto the PWC or boat slips. If guests bring their own boats, they must be properly moored to the North side of the dock, opposite of the swim platform. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that boats are tied appropriately and that proper bumpers/fenders are used to ensure that there is NO contact between the dock and the boat at any time. Guests will be responsible for all damage.
JACUZZI:
Please keep hot tub covered at all times when not in use. Cover can be folded once, then again to rest vertically on the bar when using. Please do not pull the entire cover off of the unit. It is made to rest on the bar on side of unit. Keep cleaning device in tub when not using. Refer to pictures for opening instructions if needed.
SECUIRTY:
To ensure safety of all guests and to protect the owner, there is 24 hour surveillance monitoring on all areas OUTSIDE of the property.
