This newly updated lake home features breathtaking views of the main channel, a private dock with Lily Pad and swim step, a gas firepit, large flat top grill, and a separate “bunk house” with living area, full sized fridge, mini-bar, two sets of custom bunk beds, and an attached screened in sunroom with TV and sound system! PRIME location on Horseshoe bend near H-Toads, the Strip and so much more! This home is perfect for multiple families with kids.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with three barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The dining area features a beautiful round table with seating for six and gorgeous views of the lake. There is a sliding glass door in this area that opens to the waterfront deck.

Living Room
This home features two living areas. One in the main house, and one in the bunk house.

The main living room has a couch, three recliners, coffee table, flat screen TV and sliding glass door that opens to the deck. ***The fireplace is not operational***

The living area in the bunk house features two large couches, a coffee table, and two large flat screen TVs, and a sound system. This area has sliding doors that open to a screened in sunroom that overlooks the lake with another flat screen TV and a large upholstered patio set.

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the top floor of the main level and features a private balcony, king sized bed, nightstands, dresser, walk in closet, lounge area with couch, private bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The master suite also has a desk with two monitors available for use. (Bring your own docking system).

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is on the top floor and features a king-sized bed and full sized bunk bed. This room has a large closet and a sliding glass door that opens to its own private waterfront balcony.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen-sized bed, and twin sized bunk bed.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located in the detached bunkhouse. This room has two sets of custom bunk beds.

There are two additional full bathrooms, one on the upper level and one on the lower level with singe vanity sinks, one with a custom shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse.

Outside
Outside on the waterfront deck you will find a gas firepit with several seating options surrounding it, a pergola with a large patio table with seating for 8, a gas BBQ grill and a large flat top electric grill. Outdoor games are readily available in the patio storage box.

Dock
Down at the dock you will find a beautiful patio set from Lake Life furniture, a swim step, lily pad, fishing poles, noodles, and other goodies to make your vacation one to remember. ***Guests are asked to please not touch owners boat or jet skis***

Neighborhood Description
This home is located in Lake Ozark on Horseshoe Bend Parkway, just minutes from Osage Beach, The Bagnell Dam Strip, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, JB Hooks, Baxter's, Dock Knockers, and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

• Please clean out food from fridge.
• Consolidate all trash (bathrooms, kitchen, kitchenette, dock) and put in can labeled 9 Point Sunset only.

• Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.
