Just a 3 minute drive to Lil' Rizzo's & Four Seasons golfing, and even 7 minutes from Bagnell Dam, shopping and more!
This home has a hard to find FLAT LOT that walks down to the dock and the lake. The dock has a sun deck, brand new 6 person composite counter height table with bar stools, drink bar, slide, swim ladder, etc. for fun, fishing, swimming or docking up your boat. There is a floating lily pad for use on the dock. There is also a huge deck off the back of the house that overlooks the lake. For colder nights, the sea wall has a fire pit.
