An extremely safe and secure complex that is conveniently located just 1 mile from Bagnell Dam by water and 5 minutes from Hwy. 54 and the Bagnell Dam Strip. Marinas with boat and wave-runner rentals available close to complex. This condo has a front-row view of the XInsurance Offshore Race in June, as well as the powerboat test runs for the “Shoot-Out” in August. Uber is also available in this area. Kids are Welcome.

Complex Facilities: Pools—The larger “heated” pool opens mid-May and closes in October and is located next to the condo building (a 2-minute or less walk). The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shady areas, and restrooms. The second pool is located at the Hilltop condos and has similar amenities. The lakeside Clubhouse has vending machines, an exercise room with new equipment, and a reading room. Tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trails, Lakeside promenade, and play area for kids are located within easy walking distance of the condo.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The lakeside Master BR features a King bed with deck/patio access, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 44" flat-screen Roku TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. You will wake up to an incredible 7-MILE VIEW down The Lake. BR2 features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 42" flat-screen Roku TV with access to 2nd Bath with walk-in shower. BR3 features Twin beds, ceiling fan, and 42" flat-screen Roku TV.

Family Room: Large space with 55" Samsung TV and electric fireplace with stone from floor to ceiling.

Kitchen & Dining Room: The dining area is spacious for gathering, eating, and enjoying the FABULOUS LAKE VIEW. Kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with Fiesta Ware dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, air fryer, paper products, etc.

Deck/Patio: Lakeside deck/patio is fully-screened with a ceramic tile floor and ceiling fan. It has furniture that seats 6 comfortably and has its own acrylic dishware, a Roku TV, Visio soundbar, and beverage refrigerator. A gas grill and the designated “Smoking Area” with bistro chairs and table is located on Front Deck.

Laundry Room: Well-stocked laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located off the Kitchen.

Lakeside: Included in rental is a 12' x 32' boat dock slip (no hoist) and wave-runner slip (with remote control hoist) and are located directly in front of building. Lake Ozark Public Access boat ramp is located less than a mile (.7) from the complex. Point Randall Gas Dock is located directly across The Lake. There is a "wave break" that protects all docks and watercraft. On-site (unsecured) trailer parking is available for $10.00 per day as charged by the condo association. Fishing is permitted off Lakeside promenade and boat docks. No swimming from docks though.

Parking: Rental includes 1 ASSIGNED parking space at stairwell to condo with ample non-reserved spaces available near unit.

Willmore Lodge and Miner Mike's Inc are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
