Chalet Ripple is a 2 story 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house set up perfectly for large families or group of families. There are 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths on the main floor and 2 bedrooms 1 full bath on the lower level. The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with newer black stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric glass cooktop range and oven, , french-door refrigerator, water cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender and electric griddles for easily preparing large meals. There is a long 5 stool island countertop open to large dining area with expandable dining table and a slider to open patio with large propane gas grill (propane provided) and picnic table for outdoor dining. The open floor plan flows into a large gathering area with gas fireplace (no wood burning fires permitted), a comfortable wrap around leather couch, a 65" flat-screen SmartTV with DVD, soundbar soundsystem, cable TV and an assortment of family board games and variety of books and puzzles. The lakefront TV area opens up to the lakefront covered porch looking directly out over the lake with small eating area and an entertaining area with comfortable outdoor seating around a propane fire table to keep warm on those chilly Pocono nights. Also on the main floor are 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is situated off of the dining area and has a lakeview, a flat-screen cable TV and a king size bed. The attached private master bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower. The lakefront bedroom is off of the TV gathering area, it has fantastic lake views and a king size bed. The middle bedroom is also off of the TV gathering area, has lake views, a double bed and a single bed, perfect for a couple and a child. There is a spacious full bath with double sinks and large glass doored shower off of the kitchen area, along with a separate 1/2 bath powder room to finish off the main floor. The open floor plan and abundance of windows and sliders on the main level allows for spectacular lake views from every room starting as soon as you walk in the front door.
Chalet Ripples' lower level has 2 open gathering/game areas. There is an area with a sink, full size refrigerator, table for 6 and stacked full size clothes washer and dryer. There is a large lakefront lounge area with a 65" flat screen smart TV wifi connected with Netflix, cableTV, sound bar, DVD player and a comfortable wrap around couch.  There is a shuffleboard table and small sitting table with great views of the lake and direct access through a large slider to a covered concrete lakefront patio only steps from the lake's edge.  Also on the lower level is a full bath with single vanity and tub/shower to be shared by two lower level bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds with double beds on the bottom and single on top with the ability to sleep up to 6 guests. The final bedroom on the lower level is situated on the lakefront with two sets of bunk beds, one triple bunk with 3 single beds and one double bunk with 2 single beds able to sleep up to 5 guests (best and most comfortable for the kids.)

-- $500 fully returnable security deposit -- all security deposits returned after inspection of property and within 30 days of departure
