The Farmhouse Luxe Chalet Home right across from Lake Harmony is a 2 bed + large loft, 3 full bath newly renovated retreat. Enjoy stunning views, a hot tub, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, grill, private balcony, and outdoor seating. Centrally located near Nick's (0.3 mile), Piggy's (0.4 mile), Shenanigan's (0.5 mile), Split Rock golf course (0.5 miles), and Big Boulder Lake (1.4 miles), plus all the hiking, lakes, raceways, water parks, and recreation that the Poconos has to offer. Come stay at the chalet “il cavallo” inspired by Lake Como, Italy to unwind.

Live the life of celebrities! The home, the "il cavallo da lavora" Lake House is inspired by the enchanting Lake Como and its breathtaking mountains in Italy. This two-story chalet with 25+ feet ceilings is on the most desired roadway in Lake Harmony near it all. Whether its golfing, water activities, fishing, hiking, or dipping into the hot tub, drop off your bags and let your vacation begin!
• Access to Lake Harmony (1-min walk)
• 4 Flat Screen remote controlled TVs, one in each bedroom/loft + living room, equipped with Amazon fire to connect to all your accounts
• Well-stocked kitchen with dining table that seats 10 + island seating
• Private off-street parking for 5-6 cars (note, if you have extra large/long vehicles the parking can accommodate 3-4 cars)
• Fence along back patio for added privacy
• King bedroom with newly built ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet + luggage rack, and walk out balcony with seating area (2nd floor)
• Queen bedroom closet + luggage rack (1st floor)
• Loft with full size bed and twin trundle for 3 beds total (2nd floor), with sliding door to close off from staircase. Note the loft is open to banister overlooking the living room (see pictures).
• 2 Fireplaces (one gas, one electric) + 1 outdoor fire pit for toasting those marshmallows
• NextGrill with propane tank
• Hot tub on backyard patio
• Indoor and outdoor games, arcade game, 4+ foot Jenga, Pickleball

Disclaimer:
The home’s plumbing is well water like many homes in Lake Harmony, and you may wish to run the showers for a minute prior to use.
The roadway to the back of the home is bumpy for about 10 meters. Drive with caution.
Located in Lake Harmony, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Jack Frost Mountain Resort is worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Split Rock Resort Indoor Waterpark and Kalahari. Skirmish USA and Keiper Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
